Personal information does not include contact information (described below).
Contact information – means information that would enable an individual to be contacted at a place of business and includes name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business email or business fax number. Contact information is not covered by this policy or PIPA.
Privacy Officer – means the individual designated responsibility for ensuring that TanessaFit Personal Training complies with this policy and PIPA.

Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us by email. However, doing so is allowed, but at your own risk. Credit Card information and other sensitive information is never transmitted via email.

The Company may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

8.1 The Privacy Officer is responsible for ensuring TanessaFit Personal Training’s compliance with this policy and the Personal Information Protection Act.

8.2 Website visitors should direct any complaints, concerns or questions regarding TanessaFit Personal Training’s compliance in writing to the Privacy Officer.
